Thin slices of multigrain bread brushed with butter and mustard, coated with chutney and cheese, rolled up and baked until perfectly crisp would be best as a tea time snack or a starter.
Mustard and Chutney Rolls

Makes 6 rolls
Ingredients
• 6 fresh multi grain bread slices
• 1 tsp mustard powder mixed with 2 tsp water
• 6 tsp green chutney
• 3 tbspgrated processed cheese
• butter for brushing and greasing
Method
1. Roll each bread slice very thin with the help of a rolling pin.
2. Lightly butter the bread slices and spread little mustard mixture on top.
3. Spread 1 teaspoon of chutney and sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of grated cheese on each slice.
4. Roll up each slice tightly in a cigar shape roll and secure with a toothpick.
5. Arrange the rolls on a lightly greased baking tray and brush with a little melted butter.
6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c for 10 minutes.
7. Serve immediately.
