With the winter setting in, seasonal strawberries have flooded the fruit market. This delicious fruit has much more to offer than its sweet taste. It is power-packed with nutrients and is a great source of vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants which makes it a good nutritional choice with amazing health benefits. Here are a few of them:
